Stranger than Heaven, the new game from Sega's RGG Studios, already has a star-studded cast with big names from both the Eastern and Western music and acting scenes. Beast of Reincarnation is an action RPG that has some great ideas blossoming here and there, but they can be hard to spot among the weeds.
