Age of History II: Definitive Edition is a remastered version of Age of History II, developed and published by Łukasz Jakowski Games. It was released on Steam with updated features, additional content, and technical improvements over the original game. The Definitive Edition expands the scope of the grand strategy title while retaining the core gameplay of diplomacy, conquest, and empire management. The Definitive Edition introduces a larger map with 13,892 provinces, new civilizations, scenarios, and the addition of religions as a gameplay element. Other features include animated province names, a revised user interface, quality-of-life changes, and Steam Workshop support, aiming to provide an updated experience for both new and returning players.
