Anomaly Echoes

Echoes of Aincrad is a half-step in the right direction for games based on Sword Art Online.

Magic Design Studios, the developer behind 2022's excellent Have a Nice Death, has revealed its newest project, called Nautus: Echoes from Below. It's double-sided exploration game, where things are cozy and comfortable on the island surface, but when you take your upgradeable and customizable submarine below the water, things get far more mysterious. It's playable solo or in four-player co-op, and it's in development for PC.

It's almost time for another Sword Art Online RPG.

Massive Entertainment, developers of Tom Clancy's The Division 2, announced a new DLC for the long-running online action-RPG/third-person shooter at a community panel at Gamescom. The new expansion is called Echoes of Central Park, and a full reveal will happen on September 24.
