Microsoft announced new 25th-anniversary edition Xbox Series X model--aptly dubbed the Xbox Series X25--and a matching Xbox Wireless Controller during the Xbox Games Showcase. Pricing was not announced, but it's expected the system will cost a pretty penny given its special design and the global macroeconomic environment that's driving up prices on most products these days. The console and controller both sport translucent "OG Green" chassis emblazoned with "X25" logos. Each year, Day of the Devs hosts a showcase around Summer Game Fest to highlight some of the wildly creative indie games in development around the world. The organizers of Day of the Devs revealed to GameSpot that the non-profit received over 1,700 submissions for this year's Summer Game Fest showcase. That massive list of submissions was ultimately narrowed down to 20 titles, diverse in genre and developers, that make up the showcase.
