Rockstar Games confirmed the price of Grand Theft Auto 6: A trip to Vice City will cost you $80 for the standard version of the game and $100 for the Ultimate Edition. Preorders for the highly anticipated open-world game start June 25 at midnight local time, but the retail cost is sparking chatter online. Take-Two boss Strauss Zelnick has acknowledged that the company could have charged more for Grand Theft Auto 6, but it declined to do so to ensure pricing felt fair. He also shared new insight into how GTA 6 preorders are going so far, saying they're skewing toward the $100 edition early on.
