Marathon developer Bungie has unveiled what, exactly, will change as Season 2 begins, teasing "liberated chaos" as players "know a fresh start is just around the corner" when update 1.0.9 drops next Tuesday (May 19).

As part of the Pokémon Go "Spring Marathon" event, you can hatch eggs or complete the Go Pass to find Flittle.

Marathon's new Vault Breaker mode is coming to the extraction shooter in a mid-season 2 update, Bungie has revealed.

With a new season starting soon, Bungie is offering Marathon at its best price yet next week: free. For the low price of nothing, anyone interested in checking out the extraction shooter on PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X|S can grab a free trial for the game starting June 2 and running through June 9, with progress carrying over if they decide to drop $40 on it. PS5 players won't need a PS Plus subscription to go online, either.
