Ghostbusters: Night Shift is coming to Netflix in 2027. The animated series brings the Ghostbusters back to animation for the first time in 30 years.

The Ghostbusters almost wore helmets. Franchise co-creator Dan Aykroyd, who also played Ray Stantz, revealed the original costume design for 1984’s Ghostbusters in a post on X.

The animated series is set in 1994 New York and follows a new group of unlikely heroes.
