The soundtrack of the original 1993 Doom has been inducted into the National Recording Registry.

Everyone knows that Rockstar's GTA 6 is going to be an enormous hit upon launch in November this year, but just how big are we talking? A new report from research firm Newzoo makes several stratospheric predictions, led by an estimation that it could earn between $3.3 billion - $5.2 billion in global sales after just its first week. That is a big band, of course, but even on the low end, that would bigger than GTA 5, which made $1 billion after 72 hours back in 2013. Sony has just announced its next State of Play, which will return on 2nd June - kicking off the Summer Games Fest week with an hour-long showcase that will reveal more information about Marvel's Wolverine, as well as "news and updates on upcoming PS5 games". The wording on the PlayStation Blog more specifically reveals "updates, announcements, and gameplay reveals" will follow "a closer look at Marvel's Wolverine". Read more
