Each year, Day of the Devs hosts a showcase around Summer Game Fest to highlight some of the wildly creative indie games in development around the world. Former PlayStation Boss Weighs In On Sony Killing Off Physical Game Discs
Former PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida has commented on Sony's recent announcement that it will end support for physical game discs in 2028. Speaking to Gamerbraves, Yoshida said he "didn't know they were planning that." He said he feels for people who want game discs, but he believes it’s not “such a big issue” for many people because they already need to download patches, DLC, and updates. "Even with physical disc games, in most cases, developers are constantly updating and adding game data anyway. PSA: Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Has Day-One Issues On PC
Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls is out today, but PC players are experiencing some problems with the game that their PlayStation 5 counterparts don't have have to deal with. Developer Arc System Works noted that the PC port had issues during the open beta last month and it pledged to fix them with a patch on day one.
