Osamu was on his way to attend the opening ceremony at Sakuranomiya Gakuen when he heard a familiar voice. It was the super-popular voice actress Kokoro, who never shows her face, but he was able to tell due to his ability to identify anyone by their voice. Her real name was Kotoha and she was repeating her first year, just like him. Since he was her top fan, he was excited to spend his time at school with her while keeping her identity a secret between the two of them. Then he was invited by Yuu, a first-year student who aspires to be a voice actress but gets nervous easily, to join the voice acting club. Together with the older Aoko and wheelchair-bound Kanade, a youthful love comedy where everyone is a first-year student (although three are repeaters) begins!
