Live Action-Bit Theater "Route Yonroku"

Nintendo has announced a change to the release date of its live-action The Legend of Zelda movie, which will launch earlier than previously expected.

Don’t expect to see the Henry Cavill-led Voltron movie in cinemas when it’s finally released in 2027. IGN has confirmed that the live-action movie based on the animated franchise will premiere exclusively on Prime Video.

I always enjoy waking up to a social media post that begins "This is Miyamoto", and this morning was no exception. Earlier today, Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto took over the company's X account to announce a new release date for the live-action Legend of Zelda film. Once scheduled for release on 7th May 2027, the Legend of Zelda film will now arrive on 30th April next year.
