Amazon MGM Studios has officially greenlit production on a new RoboCop TV series. Based on the classic 1987 movie directed by Paul Verhoeven, the series has already recruited Peter Ocko (Lodge 49) as its showrunner, while The Conjuring's James Wan will serve as one of its producers.
