Gabe Newell, the billionaire founder of Valve, has paid $70.8 million to buy a 20,000 square-foot seaside mega-mansion in Florida featuring seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and an underground tunnel to the beach. The home was listed for sale in 2025 with an asking price of $85 million. It officially sold for $70,851,054 on June 15, or about 16% under the asking price.
