Grand Theft Auto 6 may be taking a major mechanic from Red Dead Redemption 2, which may bother some GTA fans.

Rockstar has shared more details about its long-awaited and heavily hyped Grand Theft Auto 6, and one key piece of information is that the game's map is apparently three times bigger than Red Dead Redemption 2's. The game takes players back to Vice City, a stand-in for Miami. Players will also be able to explore the surrounding areas. A New York Times report featuring interviews with Rockstar's developers said, "The overall map, the studio said, is three times as large as the playable area of its previous game, Red Dead Redemption 2." I think Red Dead Redemption 2 is an impressive technical feat, but an incredibly boring video game, and as a result, that makes it not very good.
