Of Light & Shadow is an award winning sidescrolling puzzle platformer for PC and Mac released under CC BY-NC-ND. The game combines two areas in each level, light and shadow, as well as two protagonists in one playable character, Mr. Light and Dr. Shadow. While either can only survive in light or shadow areas respectively, the player has to constantly switch between them and make the right decision about whose abilities to utilise. Of Light & Shadow was achieved as a final project at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences by a team of students called 12 Angry Devs.

007 First Light Sequel Sounds Like A Matter Of When, Not If
007 First Light has been a big success for IO Interactive, which developed and published the James Bond game, but now that Amazon owns the franchise, what's going to happen with a potential sequel? That question remains unanswered, but now Amazon Game Studios boss Jeff Gattis has shed more light on the situation and strongly suggested that a sequel is a matter of when, not if. Speaking to IGN, Gattis first clarified his original comments, saying he never said that Amazon Game Studios would publish "the next one." Shrek Plays Soccer Now, Sort Of
Of the multitude of unusual characters that are playable in FIFA Heroes, there are some new additions that are absolutely my favorites. Dreamworks Animation's Shrek enters the fray as part of the new season pass, and I cannot stop giggling. There's something pretty wonderful about watching the giant green ogre play a cross in to Messi, who passes it to Puss in Boots to finish. Sadly, the Shrek characters, consisting of Shrek, Fiona, Puss in Boots, Gingy, Pinocchio, and Lord Farquaad will only be playable until August 10.
