Outliver: Redemption

I think Red Dead Redemption 2 is an impressive technical feat, but an incredibly boring video game, and as a result, that makes it not very good.

Rockstar has shared more details about its long-awaited and heavily hyped Grand Theft Auto 6, and one key piece of information is that the game's map is apparently three times bigger than Red Dead Redemption 2's. The game takes players back to Vice City, a stand-in for Miami. Players will also be able to explore the surrounding areas. A New York Times report featuring interviews with Rockstar's developers said, "The overall map, the studio said, is three times as large as the playable area of its previous game, Red Dead Redemption 2." Moana is gorgeous to look at, but it's too faithful to the animated original's storyline (and even camera moves) to offer anything new to the tale. Catherine Laga'aia makes a great bright-eyed protagonist, but Dwayne Johnson can't nail the swaggering demigod Maui's charisma in live-action.

Expect a more structured story in Vice City as Rockstar Games says Grand Theft Auto 6 will have story chapters, similar to Red Dead Redemption 2.
