As you progress through Outbound's main story quest in your cozy camper, you'll encounter several landmarks. The third of these is a windmill, and its occupant, Lilly, has left a note pinned to a fence near the front door advising that she's out of town at the festival. She says you can have a poke around and use the terminal on the windmill's lower floor, but the door to the terminal is powered by the windmill, which just so happens to be broken. To fix it, you'll need to follow a few steps.First, make sure you've got 20 scrap metal on you--this is heavy so you'll want to leave the rest of yo
