There are, after a good few hours playing it, quite a few games like Control Resonant. It's an RPG with a kind of pseudo open-world - an "open-ended modern world" I believe was Remedy's way of putting it in its presentation to the press earlier this week - and it has skill trees and some light resource-gathering and item-upgrading. Remedy Entertainment dropped a new trailer for the anticipated sequel to the acclaimed 2019 action game on Friday

Epic Games is gifting a free Fortnite skin to players who used their platform to buy the game.

The trailer itself says the game launches Sept. 24, but a text description on YouTube says Aug. 27.

The release date for Control Resonant was finally revealed alongside a new trailer revealed at the PlayStation State of Play.
