Summary

เรื่องย่อ

Violence Fight received a sequel in 1991, which was technically released after Street Fighter II, but according to internet lore only three weeks part the two. Internet sources also claim that this update was originally called Violence Fight II in Japan, but there is no solid proof to that claim. The only available versions are named Solitary Fighter. It's generally the same game, although the two bosses from the original are playable here. When fighting in the wider arenas, mostly female mooks keep appearing one at a time to support the main opponent, which are taken out with a few hits, but nonetheless very annoying. The bonus rounds add a bear to the tiger, but both fights now take places in cages with bars so thick that it's sometimes hard to see what's going on.

If there's one title that's defined my life in gaming, it's Virtua Fighter. I've adored the series since I was a young arcade-going teenager, and even now, 30 years later, I'm still going to fighting game events across the country to support my favorite game series of all time. My affection for the gameplay, the characters, and the overall design of Virtua Fighter has only grown over this time, but there's still one thing I've always wanted from VF: a proper focus on story. And now, it finally, finally looks like I'm getting that in Virtua Fighter Crossroads, which had a new trailer debut at S

Cody Rhodes Went Full Street Fighter For SummerSlam

Summerslam weekend saw several new champions emerge, but Cody Rhodes wasn't one of them. While the American Nightmare failed in his bid to dethrone CM Punk as the WWE Undisputed Champion, at least he managed to turn heads with his ring outfit, which went all in with Street Fighter influences. Rhodes--who plays Guile in the upcoming Street Fighter movie--hit the ring with a mask that captured the absurdity of Guile's signature hairdo and M. Bison's Shadaloo organization. Given that the Street Fighter film was one of Summerslam's sponsors, it wasn't too surprising to see Rhodes geared up to help

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls review

Whenever I see the words "spiritual successor" attached to any new game, I immediately get concerned. You set a bar in the minds of old fans that can prove impossible to reach. This is not the next great Marvel vs Capcom game. It's not a Marvel vs Capcom game at all, in fact. It is, however, the best tag fighter I've played in years. Read more
