In Spartan Villa your goal is to create the best college house on campus. Design the house, build the rooms, throw parties and social events, all to attract the best tenants. Be a generous landlord and shower your tenants with high-end rooms and lavish parties or create the next student ghetto. The choice is up to you! But be careful, if you do not manage your finances successfully, you may just lose your house!
