The Last House review: Louis Leterrier delivers a haphazard lockdown thriller for Netflix.

Gaming hardware is more expensive than ever. There’s a few different reasons things are as bad as they are, but regardless of how we got here, there’s no denying it’s an absolutely terrible time to be in the market for a new gaming console or PC. Even worse is the realization that there’s no going back.

Westeros is full of dragons during the Targaryens’ early rule, and HotD is finally starting to use them. So here are all the dragons and dragonriders and the sides they’ve chosen in the show so far.

The brooding pace and relative silence that characterize writer-director Michael Sarnoski’s The Death of Robin Hood is more evocative of his standout debut film Pig than it is his far more mainstream A Quiet Place: Day One, making this elegiac but brutal period piece his most niche and least accessible film yet. Still, its heady mix of mournful drama and murderous action certainly distinguish it from the litany of other Robin Hood films in existence.

There's a machine in The Incident at Galley House you'll spend an awful lot of time with, and it's a wonderfully tactile thing. It's part mixing desk, part paranormal enigma, part over-engineered Guess Who game, and full of clicky dials, chunky buttons, and a big old whooshy lever you're forever manipulating. And if your deductive instincts are good enough, it whirs into crackling life like a haunted slot machine, rigged to deliver strange psychic visions. Read more
