One of the big reveals from the PlayStation State of Play this week was a new God of War game called God of War: Laufey. The PS5 game mixes things up by focusing on Laufey instead of Kratos, but some things are staying the same. It has been confirmed that Bear McCreary, who composed the music for 2018's God of War and 2022's God of War: Ragnarok, is coming back for Laufey. God of War Laufey was only just announced, but already fans of the series have theories about what will happen, and they don't sound too far-fetched.

Though it takes place in the same world as the 2018 God of War reboot, and God of War Ragnarök, God of War Laufey surprisingly borrows some of the most defining characteristics of the original trilogy. Read more
