The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Limited Edition

Nintendo has announced a change to the release date of its live-action The Legend of Zelda movie, which will launch earlier than previously expected.

Though Link's Master Sword is iconic, it's not the biggest or baddest sword in The Legend of Zelda.

I always enjoy waking up to a social media post that begins "This is Miyamoto", and this morning was no exception. Earlier today, Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto took over the company's X account to announce a new release date for the live-action Legend of Zelda film. Once scheduled for release on 7th May 2027, the Legend of Zelda film will now arrive on 30th April next year.
