Tribute to Shadow of the Colossus, also known as just 'Tribute', is a passionate Brazilian fan project dedicated to honoring the timeless masterpiece that is Shadow of the Colossus by remaking it on PC and not only restoring all the cut content, but also the ideas that Team Ico could not even began to program due to time constraints. With a soulful dedication, Team Tribute is bringing to life to all the unused colossi —Griffin, Devil, Phoenix, Roc, Saru, Sirius, Spider, Worm, Yamori and Evis— infusing them with the essence of the game's original vision.

Shadow Of The Colossus, Ico Creator Fumito Ueda Reveals New Game Gen Atlas
We received a fresh look at the next game from Shadow of the Colossus creator Fumito Ueda at Summer Game Fest. Previously teased as Project Robot, the game is now titled Gen Atlas. A new trailer focused heavily on the sense of scale that you might expect from the acclaimed game director. Though the trailer was light on story or gameplay details, it did show snippets of elements we might be able to expect from it. Shadow of the Colossus Director Fumito Ueda Laments Bluepoint Games Closure
Earlier in 2026, Sony shut down Bluepoint Games, the studio behind the fantastic Demon’s Souls and Shadow of the Colossus remakes. In an interview with IGN, Fumito Ueda, the original creator of Shadow of the Colossus, expressed his sadness at Bluepoint's demise, saying he'd hoped to work with the developer at least once more.
