Unexpected Quest

Despite all the other Alien projects in the works, Ridley Scott is working on a sequel to 'Alien: Covenant.'

A new Sonic Racing: Crossworlds trailer has unveiled some unexpected crossovers, including with classic anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. All 52 users who have written Sonic/Eva fanfiction on the hosting website Archive Of Our Own took a collective breath in. The brand deal was revealed as part of a Sonic 35th anniversary hype reel at Summer Game Fest 2026. The trailer showed other, perhaps more predictable collaborations like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem, upcoming fighting game Avatar Legends, and monster icon Godzilla. Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is expected to be one of 2026's biggest game releases alongside GTA 6, and the company is expected to go all-out with its marketing and promotion campaign for it. That may have already begun, but not in the way anyone might have expected.
