Each of them is competent in specific positions, some can only be goalkeeper, attacker, defender, midfielder and some can have multiple positions. The manager will have to choose the formation of his team. Also some girls have special skill allowing them to counter the ball or opposing players. During breaks, the manager can treat his players when they are exhausted or switch places to those who are not playing on the field.
