Summary

เรื่องย่อ

Wireless Hunting Video Game System, also known as Wireless, is a plug and play console manufactured by Qi Sheng Long and distributed in the United States by Kids Station Toys in 2011. The console itself utilizes a gun for the controller and comes with twenty games. The gun relies on a motion sensor on the front of the gun's barrel, which then communicates with either the console or a sensor which you can stick to the TV. Because of this, the gun is "wireless" as its name suggests, and uses four AA batteries held in a cartridge which stows in the back of the gun.

What's your video game happy place?

We all have our happy places: somewhere - real or otherwise - to escape, relax, and replenish away from the stresses of the modern world. Perhaps yours is in nature, lost in the reverie of a spirited hike up a windy hill, or sweatily squatting your cares away amid the pounding Daruda Sandstorms of your local gym. Perhaps your demands are simpler: the call of a good book and an escape into the realm of imagination, or the familiar celluloid embrace of a favourite film, or - as I finally drag this intro into relevance - the soothing rhythms of a beloved video game. And hopefully it's the last on

47 video game things that spark joy

Video games are great, that's why we're here! But some things about video games are greater than others. And so in the spirit of Eurogamer's Optimism Week - a chance to reflect on just how special the medium can be, at a time it isn't always easy to remember - we thought we'd switch tack; moving away from the big things, to the little things. Not the series we love, or the games we can't get enough of, but those strange, weird, little video gaming moments that, for us at least, spark joy. And, of course, we'd love to hear yours too in the comments below! Read more

US Video Game Spending Just Had One Of Its Worst Julys Ever

After a few solid months, it looks like video game spending hit a slump in July. That's according to new data by Circana, with the analyst firm saying that total video game spending in the US fell 10% year-over-year in July to $4.5 billion. New physical software sales also hit an all-time July low of $85 million--since tracking began in 1995 by Circana--and hardware sales dropped to their lowest July level since 2020. According to Circana, higher hardware prices driven by the components crisis have had a significant impact on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S console sales, and year-over-year metrics co

Obsession Director Would Be Up For A Video Game Movie

Filmmaker Curry Barker is on top of the world right now thanks to the success of his horror movie Obsession. It's made more than $220 million against a reported $750,000 budget, and everyone wants to know what he's going to do next. He is making a new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie, and plans to expand Obsession into possible sequels and a TV show, but what else? A video game movie, perhaps. He told Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast that while he is not a big gamer himself, he would be open to making a video game movie one day. Asked if there was a specific game that he would jump
