Patch 8.1.0: Tides of Vengeance is the first content patch of Battle for Azeroth, first announced in a Developer Live Stream with Ion Hazzikostas on 18 September 2018. Tides of Vengeance features two new raids: Battle of Dazar'alor, an Alliance assault on Zuldazar; and the Crucible of Storms, located beneath the Shrine of the Storm. This patch was released in two parts, the first is listed on this article and released on 11 December 2018 while the second part can be found at patch 8.1.0a and released on 22 January 2019.

A new battle of the billionaires kicks off this week in Monopoly Go, as the game's mustachioed mascot takes on Springfield's sun-blocking tyrant from The Simpsons, Mr. Burns.
