At IGN Live today, THQ Nordic's Reinhard Pollice was on hand to discuss the newly released remake of Gothic. The original Gothic, or Gothic Classic as Pollice said they now referred to it, celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. Even before the remake, the original had been remastered, and Pollice said he felt the reason for Gothic's longevity was "even by today's standards, it's still a very unique game with a lot of game mechanics that really hold up." He also said he felt "It's not the biggest open world, but I think it's the most immersive and the most alive."

A24 has officially revealed the 4K and Blu-ray editions for Backrooms, which include "nearly 3 hours of special features." Now available to preorder exclusively from the A24 Shop.
