It took me a while to figure out exactly what makes Halo: Campaign Evolved feel… off. It sounds right – the Covenant enemies yell familiar phrases alongside the Halo's iconic gunfire. It plays great. The two levels I played during my demo are fun and appropriately challenging on higher difficulties. But the look? After getting through The Silent Cartographer, I decided that as it stands, the Halo: Campaign Evolved visual style isn't my favorite. Halo: Campaign Evolved On PC Has A Hidden Feature You Need A Mod To Access
This week, PlayStation 5 players were able to join their Xbox and PC counterparts for the first time in Halo: Campaign Evolved. Console gamers are able to use a classic Halo feature that the PC port seemingly lacks: split-screen co-op. However, a new PC mod restores access to this missing feature. A Halo: Campaign Evolved split-screen co-op mod was posted on Nexus Mods by user Jpurd.
