Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, the upcoming remake of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, will give players the option to completely disable the HUD at will.

There are always the usual questions when a remake for an already-beloved game gets announced. What about it is actually new beyond the visual upgrade? Why is this specific title getting the remake treatment and not another game in the same series? Ubisoft may be revisiting Assassin's Creed's glory days with Black Flag Resynced, but it's Netflix's Ancient Rome-set Assassin's Creed series that's the more interesting proposition. I just wish it was a video game instead of a TV show.
