Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, the upcoming remake of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, will give players the option to completely disable the HUD at will.

Black Flag's director believes there's "great value" in the classic Assassin's Creed formula, but it required completely new ground, naval, and underwater tools to recreate on modern hardware.

Ubisoft may be revisiting Assassin's Creed's glory days with Black Flag Resynced, but it's Netflix's Ancient Rome-set Assassin's Creed series that's the more interesting proposition. I just wish it was a video game instead of a TV show.
